You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions and have the right to grant the license granted above.
We are not responsible for any User Contributions and assume no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any User Contributions. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
Some services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. All payments must be made in euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but we will provide notice of any fee changes prior to their effective date. Any new features that augment or enhance the current services shall also be subject to these Terms. Your continued use of the services after any changes to the services will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ajundepravedness, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, or assigns be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services or any content on the services.
In no event shall ajundepravedness’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
